The Bible is more authentic than most historical documents we ever know

Documents from history, especially when they are ancient are evaluated to be 'more authentic' by the time gap of the year of writing the document from the time of the actual event occurred. In the case of the Bible, the event is the birth, ministry, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

In the above chart we see that some fragments of copies and Book of John have been found written in 130 AD which is just 40 years gap from the event occured to the date written. The entire New Testament is available from 325 AD which gives only 225 - 275 years gap! Which means there is no better authentic historical document than the New Testament - all others like Homer's Illiad, Plato, Julius Ceaser etc have more than 1000 years gap! and the most shortest is Homer's Illiad with 400 years gap!

Now do you understand that the New Testament is so authentic and it is right before our very eyes to see and beleive!

66 separate historical documents comprise the Bible. They were written over a 1,500 years time span, on three continents, [Africa, Asia and Europe] in three languages. [Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek] There were about 40 writers from all walks of life, most of whom never met one another.

The bible was the very first printed book with movable metal type by Johannes Gutenberg in 1454-1455. Since that time the bible has been printed over 6 billion times, and remains one of the best selling books of all time.
