Why should we pray for peace of Jerusalem?
Although Israel has not recognized Jesus as the Saviour for their souls, they are still in God's plans and his promises to Israel still stands fresh as it was at that time. Our main goal is to pray for the Peace of Israel so that it's enemies will not overcome this small nation holding the promises of our Eternal God. After all, they were the instruments God used to bring Salvation to all of us! Israel will accept our Lord Jesus Christ as their Messiah too. We owe them now - at least our prayers, Right?
